He was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Frank was preceded in death by seven brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife, Ethel L. Kinney Frank; five sons, Forrest Frank and James Frank of Route 3, Woodsfield; John Frank of Caldwell; Eugene Frank of Beallsville, Oscar Edward Frank of Lewisville; one daughter Mrs. Rose Ann Agee of Lilburn, Ga; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Mrs. Rose Devore of Woodsfield. Friends will be received at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home,Woodsfield, 2 to 9 p.m. today, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, with Nelson Kidder officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery, Lewisville.
