He had resided at the home since 1964.Mr Egger was associated with trucking interests in the Akron area for much of his life and was a member of the Manchester Trinity Chapel of the United Church of Christ. He was a World War I veteran.Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Lola McCormick of Davie, Fla; a son, Loren Egger of Cuyahoga Falls; three sisters, Mrs Sarah Harper of massillion, Miss Celena Egger of Canton and Mrs Lydia Peters of Columbus, three grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.The funeral will be held Saturday at the Chapel Hill Home at a time to be announced Friday. The Rev Robert Hengnauer, the superintendent will officiate. Interment will be made at Crown Hill Cemetery at Twinsburg.The body is at the Swigart Funeral Home in Canal Fulton, where friends may call Friday night from 7-9. Friends may call at the chapel for an hour before the service Saturday.
