  [S927] Obituary. On February 5, 2019, beloved sister, Melanie Elise Fyock, 66, of Clymer ?Prosperity Hill,? PA went home to the arms of her Lord and Savior. Melanie was born on May 9th, 1952 in Indiana, PA to George W. and Maxine (Greene) Fyock. She was a 1971 graduate of Purchase Line High School and a graduate of Penn State University. Melanie was an active lifelong member of the Purchase Line Church of the Brethren. She traveled on three mission trips to Haiti. Recently she was an integral part of the church?s 150th celebration. At the time of her passing, Melanie was employed by Back to Nature in Indiana, PA and by David Crawford, DMD. Melanie is survived by her siblings and in-laws: Dexter Fyock; Gwen and Fred Scorza; Lydia Fyock; Barry Fyock; Terry Fyock; Olivia Fyock; Coralie Fyock; Elizabeth and Mark Longwell and Susan Bertovich Fyock; her nieces and nephews; Buffy and Kevin Orosz; Chad Himes; Sarah Fyock and fiancé Drew Fancher; Jacqulyn Fyock; Paul Fyock and Samuel; Joshua; Benjamin and Abigail Longwell and her great nephew and great niece, Andy and Johnna Orosz. Also surviving are her aunts and uncle: Marlene and Skip King and Carol Rae Fetterman, as well as a number of cousins. Melanie was preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister. In accordance with her wishes, there will not be a visitation. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be forwarded to the Purchase Line Church of the Brethren with a memo notation directing the donation to be designated towards the Haiti Fund. Memorial contributions may be mailed to the church address of 3711 Purchase Line Road, Clymer, PA 15728. Arrangements are with the assistance of the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA.
