Obituary:
Maureen S. Hohman, age 58 of Massillon, OH passed away Tuesday evening in the Massillon Community Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Wadsworth, OH on September 3, 1944 she was the daughter of the late, Harold and Catherine Keller.
She was a graduate of Timken High School and received her Masters Degree in Technical Education from Akron University. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and a member of the Western Reserve Poodle Club. For many years she had owned and was a breeder of miniature poodle show dogs.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert who passed away in 1979. Survivors include her husband, Paul Hohman of the home, to whom she would have been married for 37 years on May 14th; her son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Tracy Hohman of Louisville and grandson, Robert Thomas Hohman; her sister and brother-in-law, Karen and William Pulliam of Maui, Hawaii; two nephews, Michael (Jenna) Pulliam of California and Matthew Pulliam of Hawaii; her aunt, Margaret Barnhart of Canton.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church with Fr. Thomas Dyer as celebrant. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Calling hours at the Reed Funeral Home on Friday evening 6-9 p.m.
