arguerite A. Littell, age 94, of Mount Gilead died early Sunday morning, April 25, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Monroefield, OH on February 19, 1916 to the late Benjamin David and Margaret (Stauch) Niesz.
On November 29, 1939 in Woodsfield, OH she married Morris Elmore Littell and he preceded her in death.
When Marguerite lived on the farm in her early years, she enjoyed Dime a Dance and old country music. A life long homemaker, her family always came first.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Robert Morris and Ramona Littell of Cardington; a daughter, Marge Fuqua of Watauga, TX; eight grandchildren, Robert and Betsy Littell of Cardington, Monica and Ted Heath of Columbus, Pamala Kay Harrington Salata and Michael Ray and Joy Harrington all of Forth Worth, TX; Tamra Harrington of Seaview, WA, Robert Raymond Fuqua of Fort Worth, TX, Raymond Baker of Mt. Gilead and Randall Baker of Orlando, FL; seven great-grandchildren, Brittney Baker of Mt. Gilead, Brooke Bayird of Marengo, Keana Mae Littell and Hawke Alexander Littell both of Cardington, Amelia Claire Salata of Forth Worth, TX, Charlie Roley and Doney Roley both of Sea View, WA and her former son-in-law, Jack Harrington of Obetz.
In addition to her husband and parents, Marguerite was preceded in death by a sister, Lillian Niesz and two brothers, Francis and Clarence Niesz.
The family will observe a private service and burial will be in Friendship Cemetery, Lewisville, (Monroe County) Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, Marguerite's family would like all memorial donations to go to Hospice of Morrow County, (They are God's angels on earth.) 228 South Street, Mount Gilead, Ohio 43338.
Gompf Funeral Service of Cardington assisted the family with the funeral arrangements.
