Peters age 72 of Fostoria passed away on Monday August 31, 2009 at Bethesda Care Center in Fremont. She was born in Arkansas on October 24, 1936 to the late Travis and Mary (Schwab) Edwards. She later married Marion L. Peters and they later divorced. Surviving is her children Sheryl (Todd) Knieriemen, Green Springs, Michael Peters, Genoa, sister, Mildred Gallant, Arcadia, brother Ronald (Darlene) Edwards, Clyde, 4 grandchildren Nicole (Cory) Donnersbach, Derek, Robert and Seth Knieriemen. Also surviving are 2 great-grandchildren Blake and Dominic along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, children Valerie and Scott and her sisters Annette Rau and Lois Wright. She worked for Findlay Industries for 22 years. After retiring she worked in the security department for a local factory. She enjoyed bowling, reading and watching T.V. She will be remembered as a loving, caring and companionate person who loved to make up for lost time. Visitation will be on Thursday September 3, 2009 from 10-11 AM at MANN-HARE-HOENING FUNERAL HOME, 407 N. Countyline St., Fostoria with funeral services starting at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Knollcrest Cemetery, Arcadia. Contributions may be made to the family in Joyce memory.
