  [S927] Obituary. Jerald ?Jerry? T. Neuhart, 72, of New Concord, formerly of Senecaville passed away Monday (March 30, 2009) at the Morrison House in Zanesville. He was born February 3, 1937 in Londonderry Township, son of the late Frank and Hilda (Mercer) Neuhart. Jerry was a heavy equipment operator nearly all of his adult life. He was employed by B & N Coal for many years before he became part owner of Tri-Coal Company. He retired from Ohio Department of Transportation as a Training Officer of Heavy Equipment. He was a member of Roadfork Baptist Church in Lower Salem, and was a graduate of Senecaville High School. Jerry was a member of the Pleasant Point Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed pulling horses and was an avid fitness enthusiast. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Carol Jean (Beggs) Neuhart who passed away December 13, 1985; granddaughter, Brienne Neuhart; brother, Larry Neuhart. He is survived by his wife, Wilma (Ruby) Laughman Neuhart whom he married November 8, 1986; two sons, Tom (Brenda) Neuhart of Senecaville and Brad Neuhart of Cardington; one daughter, Jodie (Perry) Baranich of Cambridge; one step-daughter, Joyce (Jim) Overmoyer of Mt. Gilead, four brothers, Frank ?Willard? (Peggy) Neuhart of Cambridge, John (Sylvia) Neuhart, Rolland Neuhart and Harold Neuhart, all of Senecaville; three sisters, Donna Mae Kirk of Antrim, Jane Cramer of West Palm Beach, Fl., and Karen (Bill) Saintenoy of Senecaville; five grandchildren, Erica (Matt) Owen, Crystal, Jhett, Courtney and Cody Neuhart; three step-grandchildren, Kevin (Katja) Overmoyer, Karen (Koli) Memushaj and Johanna Overmoyer, several great grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Senecaville where services will be Thursday 11:00 a.m. with Pastors Tim Valentine and Kirk Gable officiating.
