Note: Obituary - Barnesville Enterprise - Mrs. Clem Hunkler Dies at Dennison: Mrs. Clem Hunkler who had been in ill health for many years passed away Thursday evening, January 17, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Walter Hodkinson at Dennison. She had been cared for in her daughter?s home for the past three and a half months. The remains were brought to the Campbell Funeral Home here, and services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o?clock. They were conducted by the Rev. J. Ray Fife, pastor of the First Christian Church, and interment was made in Crestview Cemetery. Mrs. Hunkler was the former Jennie Riggle, the daughter of Lewis and Anna Marsh Riggle. She was born in Cameron, West Virginia on September 15, 1888. Since her marriage to Mr. Hunkler she had lived in Barnesville where she was respected and liked by all who knew her. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Mrs. Hunkler?s death bereaves her husband of the home at 511 North Street, two daughters, Mrs. Hodkinson of Dennison and Mrs. Dorothy Vaughn of Steubenville, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild, also two brothers, George Riggle of Bellaire, and Glenn Riggle of Jamestown, New York.
