  [S927] Obituary. Hilda Hoff Last updated: Wednesday, Mar 15, 2006 - 07:01:27 am PST Hilda Adaline Hoff, 93, of Lodi, died March 13 in a local convalescent hospital. She was born Hilda Adaline Wittmayer on June 26, 1912, in Eureka, S.D., where she was raised and attended schools.Mrs. Hoff married Edwin H. "Ed" Hoff in 1933. They moved to Aberdeen, S.D. in 1943 and then to Lodi in 1956. She was a long time member of the United Congregational Christian Church in Lodi. She collected cookbooks and enjoyed cooking and baking. She also enjoyed watching sports on TV and yardwork. Hilda Hoff She is survived by her sons, Ernold E. Hoff and Harley G. Hoff, both of Lodi, Reno R. Hoff, of Salem, Ore., and Clyde C. Hoff, of Santa Rosa; daughters, Shirley M. Prickett and Phillippine Addington, both of Lodi; brother, Richard Wittmayer, of Eureka, S.D.; 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Ed Hoff in 2004.A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Evergreen Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, Highway 99 and Harney Lane, Lodi, with Pastor Chris Seibert of Calvary Bible Church officiating. Committal will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 Industrial Way, near Beckman Road, Lodi.Memorial contributions may be made to the Corbin College, 5000 Deer Park Dr., S.E., Salem, Ore. 97801; or to the Susan G.
