He was born Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1954, in Bismarck, to Philip Mosbrucker and Helen Schaner Mosbrucker, both of whom have preceded him in death. Franklin was also preceded in death by his brother, James Mosbrucker; and sister, Shirley Serenko. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Gail Marie Mosbrucker; his loving children, Jesse Richard, Kelley Marie Rollins and husband, Grant, and Dustin James; his brother Richard Mosbrucker; his sisters, Carol Ereth and Darlene Littke; his grandchildren, Ann Elise Rollins and Robert Lane Rollins; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.
