Delores A. Plemmons age 77 passed away at the Close to Home Hospice House on April 20, 2012 in Gillette, WY. of natural causes.
Delores Anna Backhaus was born July 31, 1934 in Emmons County, ND to Martin J Backhaus and Lois (Yeater) Backhaus.
She graduated from Pollock High School, Pollock, SD in 1953.
Delores and her two children moved to Moorcroft, WY in 1970 when she married Gene Plemmons.
She enjoyed puzzles, card games, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
a sister, Laura Mae Lovik, husband Gene Plemmons.
Delores is survived by her son, Darryl Stoebner, daughter, Verna (Stoebner) Mahle, stepson , John Plemmons, brothers, Larry Backhaus and Leo Backhaus, sisters, Charlotte Hehn and Mary Ann Sjomeling, special friend, Butch Saathoff, three granddaughters, one grandson and 4 great grandchildren
A memorial has been established in her name to benefit the Shriners Children's Hospita and memorials and condolences may be sent to the Walker Funeral Home 410 Medical Arts Ct
