Clarisse Bertha Fisher Jones Clarisse Bertha Fisher Jones (Aunt Risse), a loving housewife and mother, 95 years old of Ponchatoula, died at 1:50 am, Friday, April 8, 2011, at her residence. She was born on July 11, 1915, in New Orleans, daughter of the late Robert Adam Fisher and the late Louise Josephine Picard Fisher. Surviving are her 2 sons, Edward J. Jones and Cathy Bonura and James D. Jones, Jr. and Shirley Jones; 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 step-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, James D. Jones Sr.; 2 grandchildren, Devon Patrick Jones and Denise Maureen Jones; 2 sisters, Blanche Fisher Burroughs and Sophie Fisher Lee; and brother, Roy Fisher. Friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, Tuesday, April 12, 2011, from 10:00 am until the funeral service at 12:30 pm in the funeral home chapel.
