His obit dated Wednesday, March 12, 1980 - Funeral services for Carl Leno Fisher, 73, of R2 Borden, were held today at the Love Funeral Home in Palmyra, with burial in Borden Cemetery. He died Monday at his home. Fisher was a retired construction worker, a member of the Emmanual United Methodist Church and a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, the former Norma Feiock; a son, Gary fisher of Salem; two daughters, Mrs. Marcia Bilyeu and Mrs. Brenda Walker both of Pekin; a brother, Ray Fisher, of Jeffersonville; two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Zink of Salem and Mrs. Elizabeth Mather of New Albany; and five grandchildren.
