Mrs. Orr was employed as a cook at Hopewell High School until forced to retire because of ill health. She was a member of Gratiot United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Harry Orr; a son, Herman Young of Newark Route 1; two daughters, Mrs. Don (Wanda) Phillis of Gratiot and Mrs. Larry (Marilyn) Tharp of Dayton; two step-sons, Harry Orr Jr. and Orville Orr of Newark; four brothers, Elmer Frank of Pendleton, Ore., Harold Frank of Coopermill road, Wilford Frank of Archer's lane and Clarence Frank of Hall avenue; a sister Mrs. William Archer of Archer's lane; 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
