She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, St. Francis College Guild, a charter volunteer at the Botanical Gardens and a graduate of St. Francis University. Survivors include her son, David (Penny) Koehl; daughter, Suzanne Hensch both of Fort Wayne; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Teresa Brown of Modesto, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Gregory Koehl. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am Thursday at St. Jude Catholic Church with calling 1 hour prior. Fr. Thomas Shoemaker officiating.
