BREINER RUTH E. BREINER (nee Hausser) age 93, died on July 23 at Ennis Court in Lakewood. Ruth was a graduate of Notre Dame High School in Cleveland (1937) and retired from Cleveland Public Library. Ruth loved knitting, rug hooking, but especially reading. She was the mother of ten and a gentle, unassuming soul. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard J. to whom she was married for 65 years. Dear mother of Richard M. (Janet Carlson) of Great Falls MT, Daniel of Atlanta GA, Michael (Mourine Bani), Nancy Lukens (Thomas), James (Cynthia), Timothy (Mady Noble), Gerard (deceased), Mary (Charlie Tardivo), Lainie (Joe Toner), and Betsy O'Dougherty (Tom). Loving grandmother of 22. Great-grand-mother of five. She is also survived by her sister Kathleen Sabol, brother James Hausser (Lois) and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents August and Anna Hausser (nee Lavelle) her sisters, Leona Hausser HMS and Eileen Hearn, her brothers-in-law, Andy Sabol, Richard Hearn and Sam Marcus, her sisters-in-law Patricia Marcus and Dorothy Breiner, and her nephew Gus Hausser. Ruth will be donating her body to Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. There will be a Memorial Mass to celebrate her life on Saturday July 27 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Luke's Church 1212 Bunts Rd. in Lakewood. The family will receive friends at the McGORRAY-HANNA FUNERAL HOME, 14133 DETROIT AVE. in LAKEWOOD on Friday, July 26 from 4:00-8:00PM.
