Leo Huffman?s obituary appeared in the Zanesville Times Recorder on 10 Dec 1964: SUMMERFIELD - Leo J. Huffman, 82, a lifelong resident of Noble County and a retired farmer, died at 3 a.m. Wednesday at Fairview Manor Nursing Home in Beverly, where he had been a patient one day. Born on Aug. 6, 1882, near Harrietsville, he was a son of Henry and Frances Hohman Huffman. His wife, Christine, and two sons, William and Carl, preceded him in death. He is survived by three sons, Gilbert of near Lewis- ville, Paul and John, both of Harrietsville; three daughters, Mrs. Paulene Koher of California, Mrs. Katherine Seabach of Erie, Pa., Mrs. Mildred Kessler of Wellston; 18 grand- children and four great-grandchildren. The body is at Brubaugh Funeral Home here where friends may call 2 to 7 an d7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 9 p.m. Friday. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Sat- urday at St. Henry?s Catholic Church, Harrietsville with Rev. Fr. Joseph Pickard officiating. Burial will be church cemetery.
