Huffman, 74, of Route 1, Lewisville Road, Lewisville, Ohio formerly of Harriettsville, Ohio August 10, 1915, at his home. He was born near Harriettsville August 10, 1915, a son of the late Leo John and Christine Ann Singer Huffman. He was a retired school teacher in the former Elk Local School District at Harriettsville and Switzerland of Ohio School District in Monroe County. He was a graduate of Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church at Burkhart, Ohio and a member of the Elk Township Grange at Harriettsville. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Harley, William, Gilbert, and Carl Huffman; two sisters, Kathryn Seebach and Pauline Kohler. Surviving are his wife, Lorene Zwick, whom he married May 27, 1940; two daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Mary) Dupoy of Route 1, Beverly, Ohio and Mrs. Steven (Chriss) Baker of Route 3, Woodsfield; four sons, Larry Huffman of Route 2, Marietta, Ohio, Robert Huffman of Route 2, Lowell, Ohio, Reverend David Huffman of Steubenville, Ohio, and Mark Huffman of Route 1, Graysville, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. James (Mildred) Kessler, of Ewington; one brother, John Huffman of Harriettsville; 22 grandchildren.
