Va., Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock in charge of Evangelist J. M. Cochran and burial will be made in Oaklawn Cemetery. Mr. Richner died Monday afternoon in a hospital in Weston, W. Va. He was born in Woodsfield, Oct. 7, 1891, a son of Cash Richner of Laings and the late Mrs. Elizabeth Neuhart Richner. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Elsie Schulz Richner, whom he married in 1912, and nine children: Mrs. Russell Craig, of Woodsfield, Route 4; Mrs.Clarence Riley of Woodsfield, Route 5; Emmett Richner of Cleveland; Mrs. Harland Altman of Wheeling; Mrs. John Finnerty, Charlotte, Mrs. Lawrence Beaver, Lucy and William, all of Wheeling.
