She was a member of the United Methodist Women?s Group and Main Street United Methodist Church where she served as secretary for 11 years. Survivors include her husband, Stanley E. Hutchens Sr.; two sons, Stanley ?Gene? Hutchens Jr., and his wife, Violet and Ronald P. Hutchens, and his wife, Gayle, all of New Albany; two sisters, Marjorie Harris, Clarksville and JoAnn Van Binsbergen and her husband, John, Jeffersonville; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Paul and Catherine Feiock Coons and a sister, Betty Lou Strother. Visitation at the Oak Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann and Naville Funeral Homes, 1846 E. Oak Street, New Albany, will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 at the church.
