  JOHNSTON DOROTHY GREENFIELD LAMBRIX Dorothy J. Lambrix, 73, of 159 Warwick Ave., Ormond Beach, Fla., died Sunday, Dec. 27, 1987, at her home, after a lengthy illness. She and her first husband, the late Ralph Greenfield, moved to Ormond Beach following his retirement from the Wellsboro Post Office in 1956. Mrs. Lambrix was a native of Galeton. At age 60, she received a degree in business management from Central Florida University. She was a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, James; a brother, Joseph F. Johnston of Springfield, Va.; and a sister, Norejane Hendrickson of Tallahassee, Fla.
