She was the youngest of 12 children who are all deceased. Surviving are three sisters-in-law, Erma, Verena and Margaret and many nieces and nephews. She entered the Sisters of Charity at Nazareth on Dec. 8, 1949 and spent 59 years as a teacher, orphanage care and a driver. Her funeral was held at St. Vincent Mother House at Nazareth, June 23.
