ETER STRAUSS "The Wheeling News Register" - April 24, 1906 Peter Strauss, a well known citizen of the East End died suddenly of heart trouble at his late residence, No 1703 Woods Street on Monday evening at 6:40 O`clock. He was in the 49th year of his age and is survived by his Widow and several Children. The funeral will be held from the Family residence on Thursday Morning at 9 O`Clock. Requiem high mass will be celebrated at St Alphonsus Church at 9:30 O`Clock. Interment will be made at Mt Calvery Cemetery.
