  BIOGRAPHY: Leonard R. Fritz, formerly of Fremont, died Monday morning at his home in Lancaster. He was born on Catawba Island to the now-deceased Clarence and Mae (Scott) Fritz. He married Mickey McRobbie on April 17, 1970 and she survives. Mr. Fritz worked for Lancaster Electro Plating for 32 years. He served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1968. Surviving in addition to his loving wife are son JJ Fritz of Lancaster; stepchildren Beth Cox of Lancaster, Bobby Dickey of Genoa and Mark Dickey of Lancaster; eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter; brothers Norbert Fritz of Moyock, N.C., and Leroy Fritz of Lancaster; sisters Grace Williams, Marie Priddy, Kurtis Hensley and Lois Dickey, all of Fremont; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded by his older sister Katherine Viock. Mr. Fritz was cremated. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Kane's Restaurant, Lancaster.
