Mrs. Laumbattus worked at Scott Air Force Base as a clerk typist during the 1960's and retired after 22 years of government service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Laumbattus. Surviving are her five children from her first marriage to Harold E. Lloyd, John (Anita) Lloyd, Ruth (Kirby) McVey, Diana (Ed) Lupton, Kathleen (Mike) Bowlin and Kimberly Wilson; nine grandchildren; three step grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one sister and one brother. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation: Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007, and from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, Ill.
