Frank, age 91, of Woodsfield, Ohio died Saturday morning Dec. 2, 2006 at the Monroe County Care Center. She was born Nov. 19, 1915 near Graysville, Ohio a daughter of the late Forrest Homer Kinney and Lizzie Ann Allen Kinney. She was retired from LGAM Manufacturing of Barnesville. She also worked at Barnesville Manufacturing and G.C. Murphy Company. She was Mayor of Miltonsburg, Ohio for many years. Preceded in death by her husband Osal Frank, and her son John. She is survived by 4 sons: Forrest (Karen) Frank - Woodsfield, Ohio, James (Dorothy) Frank - Woodsfield, Ohio, Eugene (Judy) Frank - Reno, Ohio, Ed (Rose) Frank - Lewisville, Ohio, 1 daughter: Rosie (Terry) Agee - Loganville, Georgia, 1 daughter-in-Law: Grethel Frank - Woodsfield, Ohio, 1 brother: Forrest D. Kinney, 2 sisters-in-law: Fanchion Kinney & Phyllis Kinney, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Friends received from (2-4) & (7-9) p.m. Sunday at the Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday Dec. 4, 2006.
