Funeral services for Verona E. Drumm, 94, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert L. Knox officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Grove Cemetery. Verona died Friday, Jan. 28, 2005 at the Arlington Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 7, 1910 in Monroe County to the late Forrest G. and Luella Barbara (Matz) Diehl. She had previously worked at Ohio Power Co. and Kaiser Aluminum. Verona is survived by a son, Donald Lee Drumm, of Newark; grandchildren, Jim Drumm, of Atlanta, Donna Loveday, Chyrel Dye and Dennis Drumm, all of Newark, and Robin Drumm, of Heath; great-grandchildren, Troy Hottle, Bobbie Drumm, Tiffany Drumm and Travis Drumm; and four great-great grandchildren. Verona is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lawrence E. Drumm since Aug. 1996; and her sister and twin brothers. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
