He was a retired cabinetmaker.He was a good and decent man who cared deeply for his family and is survived by his beloved wife, Mary; sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Alma of St. Charles, Illinois; David and Jane of Mogadore, Ray and Patti of Bath; Gregory and Diana of Coventry, and Lowell and Janet of Wadsworth; 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Elmer, and is survived by brother, Paul of Universal City, Texas; sisters, Catherine Weber of Brookville, Florida, Marjorie Cadwallader of New Port Richey, Florida, and Dorothy Pettit of Akron.Services will be held Friday, 11 a.m., at the Billow Fairlawn Chapel, 85 N. Miller Road, with Pastor Rich Messenger officiating. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
