Lloyd Dale Lumbatis Lloyd Dale "Fuzz" Lumbatis, 74 of 616 Fleetwood Rd, Mansfield, formerly of Lewisville, died April 15, 2000, in the MedCentral Health System/Mansfield Hospital, Mansfield. He was born at Lewisville on March 19, 1926, a son of the late Elza and Emma Feiock Lumbatis. He was a retired construction worker and a U.S. Navy Veteran serving during ww II. He was also a member of the Ohio Operating Engineers, Local 18, Akron. Surviving are his wife, Karen Sue Dunn Lumbatis, whom he married March 1, 1971; two step-sons, Robert william Long, Anthony Francis Long, both of Mansfield; two sisters, Ruth Holmer, Barberton, Ruby Lumbatis, Paradise, California; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Weber, Mildred LaDavia, Sylvia Barnett; three brothers, Charles Lumbatis, Lewis "Hoss" Lumbatis, Jacob Ward Lumbatis.
