  [S927] Obituary. Obituary Kathleen I. Mays, 87, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Park Health Care Center, St. Clairsville, Ohio. She was born near Lewisville, Ohio on August 28, 1930 a daughter of the late Frank and Irene Smithberger Zwick. She was a former employee of Bordens in Columbus, Ohio and was a clerk for many years in a candy store in Columbus, Ohio. Kathleen was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Woodsfield, Ohio. Kathleen was also a former caregiver for elderly people in the community for several years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Lucille Zwick and Mary Ring; two brothers, James Zwick and Hank Zwick; a nephew, Mark Zwick; and a niece, Krista Zwick. Surviving are one son Jeff (Jessica) Mays of Elmhurst, Illinois; one sister Donna (Roger) Stanley of North Carolina; three grandchildren, Gweneth, Garrett, and Graham Mays; a sister-in-law, Thelma Zwick of Lewisville, Ohio; an aunt, Edna Crum of Canton, Ohio; eleven nephews; and one niece. Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 6:00 ? 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2018. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, 330 S. Main St, Woodsfield, Ohio with Rev. David Gaydosik as the celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery near Lewisville, Ohio. Vigil services will be held at 7:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
