  Vivian SchnabelVivian Holden Schnabel, 87, a three-year resident of Annapolis and formerly of North Myrtle Beach, S.C., died of a stroke Dec. 21 at Sunrise of Annapolis.Mrs. Schnabel was born Dec. 11, 1917, in Sioux Falls, S.D., where she graduated from Washington High School and business school.She was a homemaker and the widow of Air Force Col. Robert Emmett Schnabel, whom she married in 1942.Surviving are one son, Robert Howard Schnabel of College Park; one daughter, Linda Gay Vogan of Edgewater; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.Inurnment will be held at 1 p.m. on Jan. 28 in Arlington National Cemetery. Arrangements are by George P. Kalas Funeral Home in Edgewater.Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, can be made to Chesapeake Bay Foundation, 6 Herndon Ave., Annapolis, MD 21403.
