Robert Bryan
BRYAN, Robert, 88, of Zephyrhills, passed away on August 3, 2004, in Zephyrhills. He is survived by his wife, Josephine Bryan of Zephyrhills; three daughters, Kathryn Smith, Sharon Edwards and her husband, Jim, and Roberta Lewis and her husband, Richard, all of Zephyrhills; a stepsister, Nellie Jewell of Orangeburg, S.C.; eight grandchildren, Sgt. Paul Dries and family of Washington State, Christopher Dries and his family of Zephyrhills, Rabecca Wiseman and her family of Zephyrhills, Matthew Smith and his family of Monroe, La., Amy Edwards of Zephyrhills, Mike Lewis and his family of Zephyrhills, Tina Marie Gaskin and her family of Zephyrhills and Anthony Lewis and his family of Lafayette, Ind.; and 27 great-grand- children. Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, August 6, 2004, at Westside Baptist Church with the Rev. Rob McKinney officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery in Dade City. The family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at t he church. Serving as pallbearers will be Sgt. Paul Dries, Christopher Dries, Matthew Smith, Rabecca Wiseman, Mike Lewis, Nathaniel Vinje and Jennifer Costello. Mr. Bryan was born October 4, 1915, in Syracuse, N.Y., to Robert and Catherine Bryan Sr. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in World War II. He retired in 1974 from Brewer & Tichne's in Cortland, N.Y. He was Catholic. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 7066 Fort King Road, Zephyrhills, FL 33541.
