Kuprion, president of the Kuprion Theatrical Supply Company, died at 4 a.m. yesterday at his home, 1637 Lucia. He had been associated with the firm at 204 W. Market for about 15 years. Before that he was with the Kuprion Novelty Company, 220 W. Jefferson, for many years. The theatrical-supply store was founded by members of his family. Kuprion, 71, and his wife, Mrs. Augusta Miller Kuprion, celebrated their 52d wedding anniversary Wednesday. Other survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Norbert Matte and Mrs. Anna Mae Almond; two sons, Albert S. Kuprion, El Cajon, Cal, and Paul J. Kuprion; a sister Mrs. Katie Wyatt; a brother, Arthur E. Kuprion; five grand-children; and four great-grand-children. The funeral will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Barrett Funeral Home and at 9 a,m, at St. Brigid Church.
