  [S927] Obituary. Ralph L. Feiber NEWCOMERSTOWN Ralph L. Feiber, 74, of 646 Tuscarawas Ave., Newcomerstown, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 1991, after a short illness. He was bom in Monroe County, May 25, 1917 to the late Walter and Jesse (Cronin) Feiber. He was a retired repairman for the Standard Oil Company of Ohio where he was an employee for more than 35 years. He was a World War II veteran serving with the army in the Kuro-pean Theatre. He was a member of the American Legion, Moose and the First Presbyterian Church all of Newcomerstown. He was a member of the Buckhorn Grange and the Zanesville Masonic Amity Lodge number 005. He was married May 28, 1938 to the former Marjorie M. Ralph who preceded him in death Jan. 21, 1982. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Helen Keylor of Woodsfield and several nieces and nephews including Walter Keylor at whose home he died. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Our ant Funeral Home at Newcomerstown with Rev. Neeta Nichols officiating. Graveside services and burial will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Neelys-ville Church Cemetery in Morgan County. Friends may call at the Ourant Funeral Home, Newcomerstown, tonight from 4 to 8 p.m. The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
