He was one of six brothers and three sisters. Bill was a supervisor at Spaulding Laundry and Dry Cleaning. He was a member of Wall Street United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hobbies such as golf, football and IU basketball. Bill was a native of Jeffersonville, IN. He is survived by his sons Richard A. Gill (Julia) of Denver, CO. and Charles T. Gill (Pam) of Clarksville, IN.; daughter Janet L. Kiesler (Terry) of Jeffersonville, IN.; sister Mary Phillips of New Albany, IN.; grandchildren T.J. Kiesler (Lauren), Jeremy Kiesler (Itzayana), Bradley Gill, Rachel Gill, Michael Gill, MacKenzie Gill; great-grandchildren Ashlyn Kiesler and Anistyn Kiesler. John was preceded in death by his wife Gloria M. Gill; father Joseph G. Gill Sr.; mother Helen C.
