Bio: Obituary for Keith A. FargoA Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2:00 PM in La Chapelle de Martin & Castille in Lafayette for Keith A. Fargo, 57 who died on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 in Winnie, Texas. Survivors include his loving wife, Rhonda Beeler Fargo of Carencro; one daughter, Mandy Fargo Bonvillian and her husband, John; his beloved fur-child, Gucci; his mother, Sally Deagan Fargo; one sister, Kay Kennedy and her husband, Jeff; four brothers, Curt Fargo, Tom Fargo, Wells Fargo and his wife, Kathy, and Rolph Fargo and his wife, Lisa; and his grand-dogs, Stu and Bella.He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Fargo.A native of Elizabethtown, KY and a resident of Carencro, Louisiana for 32 years, he was the most incredible husband, father and friend imaginable. He selflessly gave his time and services to anyone in need. Throughout his career he worked as a paramedic for Acadian Ambulance, a Lafayette Sheriff Deputy, a US Marshal and worked closely with the Office of Homeland Security in the design and maintenance of the Lafayette Parish Mobile Command Unit. Keith was an electronic genius who could fix anything that was broken. He ended his career as an automation engineer at DART Energy Services in the oil and gas industry. His true hobby was his work. He will be dearly missed not only by his family but by his extended family and friends. Our world will never be the same.The family requests that visitation be observed in Martin & Castille's DOWNTOWN location on Saturday from 1:00 PM until time of service.
