He was retired from Reliance Electric in Madison, IN, after 36 years of service. He was of the Catholic Faith.He is survived by his wife, Doris Welch Bott of Carrollton, KY, four sons, Mark Bott and Mike Bott, both of North Vernon, IN, Ronnie (Dianna) Bott of Vernon, IN, and Michael Hudson of Florence, KY, three daughters, Tracey Bott of North Vernon, IN, Tammy (Shannon) Heilman of Carrollton, KY, and Tina (Tim) Miller of Carrollton, KY, three brothers, Paul (Carolyn) Bott of Dupont, IN, Joseph (Mary) Bott of North Vernon, IN, and John (Rita) Bott of Scipio, IN, fourteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive.He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Bott.Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton with Dawn Welch giving the Eulogy. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Monday, May 5, 2014 at the Family Worship Center. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.Pallbearers will be Mark, Mike & Ronnie Bott, Michael Hudson, John Perkins, Jr., Chuckie West, Steve West and Tyler Leo Welch. Honorary Pallbearers will be Cody Kreutzjans & Jessie Jaynes.Memorial Gifts may be given to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.Arrangements by the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
