June Williams - (Wed., Jun. 26, 1940 - Tue., Dec. 13, 2016) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ June Williams, 76, of Woodsfield, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at Westwood Landing, Woodsfield, Ohio surrounded by her family. She was born in Lebanon, Ohio on June 26, 1940, daughter of the late Talmadge V. and Edith Mae Cline Handschumacher. She was a cherished wife to her late husband, Ray Neil Williams, and a loving, wonderful mother and grandmother. She was a great cook, enjoyed card playing, traveling, bowling with her best friends in the Princess Bowling League, and retired from LGAM Sewing Factory of Woodsfield. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son Rodney Williams; three sisters: Ella Stewart, Gertrude Gerken, and Mary Jones; seven brothers: James, Harry, Charles, Harold Lloyd, Jackie, Dwight, and Hollie Handschumacher. Surviving are three children, Rick Williams and companion Paula McIntosh of Woodsfield, Ohio, Penny (Gene) Turner of Clarington, Ohio, and Susan (Dave) Chadwell of San Diego, California; three grandchildren, Cari, Monica, and Brittney; two great-granddaughters; one sister, Peggy (Andrew) Brooker of Marietta, Ohio; three brothers, Donald (Carolyn) Handschumacher of New Matamoras, Ohio, Gerald (Betty) Handschumacher of Belpre, Ohio, and Howard (Cheryl) Handschumacher of Belpre, Ohio; several nieces and nephews.
