I hope you are fine.
I got hold of some other people on ancestry website and they have info
that is more detailed and in some cases different from what you have for
Nikolaus Nist 1743- 1813 ( ID person I213574 )
I thought you might be interested, also because new people are involved.
Here is what I have:
Nicholas was our ancestor in our direct line as follows:
Johanna Theobald Nist. b. 1688 d. 3-15-1768 m. Margaret
Neufeld b. 1-17-1706 d. 1768

Johanna Theobald Nist apparently had a previous wife (note age) and had a
son named
Thomas Nist. We have no record of his first wife.
Nicholas m. Catherine Uhl - She was the
daughter of Anton and Clara Burchart Uhl

Johann George and his family came to this Country between 1832-1834. I
cannot find any Nists
here prior. He died in 1846 In Hollidaysburg, PA but we cannot find any
record of this.
He an his wife Elisabeth Mueller (or something like that) had the
following children:
Joseph Nist 12-10-1812 - d. 1892 m. Catherine
Minich or Minnick 1823- 1900

We did find two Anna Marias and apparently the first one died:
Anna Maria 10/8/1820 d. 1-26-1821 This was not
unusual.
Anna Maria Nist 12/10/1821 ?
Philipp Nist 10/15/1824 (Settled in Spring Hill Old
Pittsburgh)
George Jacob Nist 4/26/1828 d. 6/22/1880 (Settled in Troy Hill,
Old Pittsburgh)
