Landry, age 75, died Sunday, July 3, 2005 in Biloxi. Mrs. Landry was born June 6, 1930 in New Orleans, Louisiana and had lived in Biloxi since 1962. She was the former Vice-President and co-owner of All Rent Service / Ryder Truck Rental, where she was awarded numerous awards for Ryder Dealer of the Quarter and in 1984, named Ryder National Dealer of the Year. She was a long-time member of the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, where he was a member of the Cathedral Choir, a Cathedral Eucharistic Minister, a member of the Pastoral Council, member of the Liturgy Committee, Hope and Consolation Committee and RCIA sponsor. She was preceded in death by her father, Maurice Francis Landry; mother, Mary Gladys Boone Landry; her beloved aunt, Clara Lewis Landry; her husband, Robert J. Landry; her son, Stephen J. Landry; and her sister, Minette Landry Crassons. Survivors include her two children, E. Margaret Landry of River Ridge, Louisiana, and Mark J. Landry of Biloxi; her sisters, Mary Landry Mithoff of Metairie, Louisiana and Harriet Landry Dolan of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; five grandchildren and one great-grandchildren. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 7, 2005 at 12 noon at Nativity BVM, where friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 12 Noon. Interment will follow in the National Cemetery in Biloxi. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent in her memory to Nativity BVM, Choir Fund, 870 Howard Avenue, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530. Arrangements by the Biloxi Chapel of Riemann Funeral Home.
