Services will be at 11:00am, Tuesday, July 31 at First Baptist Church in Pierre with Pastor Lizette Hunt officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery She was born on December 26, 1924 in Ashley, ND, the daughter of Christian and Katherina Kaul. Leona married Albert Roesler on May 25, 1943 in Ashley, ND. He preceded her in death on July 20, 1976. Leona moved to Topeka, Kansas in September of 2010 to be closer to family. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pierre, SD. While living in Pierre, she enjoyed fellowship with other retirees at the Senior Center. She also volunteered at Saint Mary's Hospital.
