- Am writing a family history book on the descendants of Michael Brenner and Elizabeth Funck who immigrated in 1848 from Deidesheim Bavaria. Any information about the descendants, pictures, records or documents would be appreciated. Through family trees, I have located 1561 descendants to date. I am searching for documentary evidence for such descendants. This book will be draft available in 2010. The first three generations in USA are listed below>
1. Michael Brenner. Michael was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern, about 1782. At the age of 27, he died in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, after 1809.
On February 3, 1801 when Michael was 19, he married Elisabetha Funck, in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern. Elisabetha was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern, about 1768.
They had the following children:

2. Anna Margaretha Brenner. Anna Margaretha was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, about 1801.
On February 26, 1829 when Anna Margaretha was 28, she married Conrad Fuchs, in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria. Conrad was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, on November 7, 1796.

3. George Brenner. George was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern, in 1803. At the age of 60, he died in Posey County, IN, in October 1863. At the age of 45, he immigrated to New Orleans, LA - Ship Hercules, on February 21, 1848.
On June 23, 1829 when George was 26, he married Susanna Rohr, daughter of Francisci Bernardi Rohr & Anna Maria Eichberger, in Roemisch-Katholische, Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern. Susanna was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern, on February 21, 1808. At the age of 56, she died in Posey County, IN, on February 13, 1865.

4. Magdolin Brenner. Magdolin was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern, on June 5, 1808. At the age of 28, she died in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern, on May 18, 1837.
On May 2, 1831 when Magdolin was 22, she married Heinrich Frederick Victor Krack, in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria.

5. Magdalena Fuchs. Magdalena was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, in June 1831. At the age of 85, she died in Stookey Township, Illinois, on January 14, 1917.
On July 28, 1863 when Magdalena was 32, she married Anton Ehrstein, son of Balthasar Ehrstein & Eva Elizabeth Muellein, in St. Clair County, IL. Film # 1689026. Anton was born in Birkenhoerdt, Pfalz, Bayern, Germany, on October 25, 1818. He died in Illinois.
They had one child:

6. Catharina Barbara Fuchs. Catharina Barbara was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, in 1833. At the age of 83, she died in Illinois on January 23, 1916. At the age of 26, she immigrated in 1859.
On December 30, 1857 when Catharina Barbara was 24, she married John Schaeffer, in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria. He died in 1900.

7. Susanna Fuchs. Susanna was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, on July 27, 1836. At the age of 81, she died in Red Bud, Randolph County, IL, on September 3, 1917.
On May 18, 1858 when Susanna was 21, she married Mathias Frisch, in Monroe County, IL. Monroe County, Book 3, Page 31. Mathias was born in Bavaria about 1836.

8. Elizabeth Fuchs. Elizabeth was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, on March 24, 1841. At the age of 78, she died in Belleville, IL, on May 27, 1919.
On November 22, 1864 when Elizabeth was 23, she married Johann Melchoir Holdener, in St. Clair County, IL. Johann Melchoir was born in Oberiberg, Switzerland, on March 23, 1834. At the age of 44, he died in Smithton, St. Clair County, IL, on March 7, 1879.

9. Bernhart Brenner. Bernhart was born in Bavaria in June 1829. At the age of 100, he died in Indiana before 1930. At the age of 18, he immigrated to New Orleans, LA - Ship Hercules, on February 21, 1848.
On October 23, 1860 when Bernhart was 31, he married Anna Mary Young, in Gibson County, IN. Book 2 Page 445. Anna Mary was born in Germany in March 1842. At the age of 77, she died before 1920.

10. Catherine Brenner. Catherine was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern, on May 14, 1834. At the age of 72, she died in Evansville, Indiana, on November 24, 1906. Died of diabetes mellitus. At the age of 13, she immigrated to New Orleans, LA - Ship Hercules, on February 21, 1848.
On November 13, 1855 when Catherine was 21, she married Joseph Leo Nurrenbern, son of Bernard Nurrenbern & Elizabeth Steinkamp, in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Evansville, Indiana. Book 3 page 114. Joseph Leo was born in Hanover, Germany, on December 24, 1829. At the age of 76, he died in Evansville, Indiana, on July 2, 1906. Died of chronic endocarditis at St. Mary?s Hospital. Death record at Book CH-4C Page 237. Joseph Leo was buried in St Joseph Cemetery, Evansville, IN, on July 4, 1906. Section 9 Lot 284 Grave 2.

11. Franz Brenner. Franz was born in Deidesheim, Bavaria, on February 19, 1836. At the age of 75, he died in Posey County, IN, on December 3, 1911. Book H-5 on page 39 & 40. At the age of 12, he immigrated to New Orleans, LA - Ship Hercules, on February 21, 1848.
On November 16, 1859 when Franz was 23, he married Margaretha Folz, daughter of George Folz & Elizabeth Koressel, in Evansville, IN. Margaretha was born in Bavaria, Germany, on December 8, 1841. At the age of 66, she died in Evansville, IN, on December 28, 1907. Margaretha was buried in St. Philip Catholic Church Cemetery, St. Philip, IN, in December 1907. At the age of 66, she died in Posey County, IN, on December 28, 1907.

12. Karl Charles Brenner. Karl Charles was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bayern, on July 30, 1838. At the age of 86, he died in Kansas in 1925. At the age of 9, he immigrated to New Orleans, LA - Ship Hercules, on February 21, 1848.
On January 15, 1861 when Karl Charles was 22, he married Eva Schiff, in Vanderburgh County, IN. Book 4 page 236. Eva was born in Germany in May 1839. At the age of 89, she died in Kansas in 1929. Eva was buried in Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Wyandotte Co., Kansas.

13. Barbara Krack. Barbara was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, on June 24, 1834. At the age of 48, she died in Marrs Township, Posey County, IN, on April 12, 1883.
On February 6, 1857 when Barbara was 22, she married Heinrich Ritzert, son of Michael Ritzert & Apollonia Schwager, in St Philip Church, IN. Witnesses: Michael Ritzert, Joseph Hartmann. Heinrich was born in Biblis, Germany, on November 17, 1828. At the age of 84, he died on March 28, 1913. Heinrich was buried in St Philip Church Cemetery, St Philip, IN.

14. Cornelius Krack. Cornelius was born in Deidesheim, Pfalz, Bavaria, on January 21, 1836. At the age of 47, he died in Marrs Township, Posey County, IN, on December 9, 1883.
On April 24, 1865 when Cornelius was 29, he married Barbara Buechler/Biegler, in Vanderburgh County, IN. Book 5 page 154. Barbara was born in Hesse, Germany, on April 24, 1835. At the age of 48, she died in Posey County, IN, on November 1, 1883.
