He came to MT as a child when his parents settled on a farm in the Marsh area. He acquired a farm of his own north of Marsh in 1926, operating it until selling out in 1959 and moving to Billings and, later to Miles City. He and Barbara DeWald were married in 1934 Mr Lassle was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church at Miles City. Mr Lassle passed away at Billings' St Vincent hospital on April 26, 1983 of cancer. He was 73 years of age.A brother, August, of Billings survives.
