Perry Hayden Ketterling

Perry Hayden Ketterling, 66, born on October 25, 1947, in Heil, N.D., passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014.
Memorial services were held on August 23, in Tucson, Ariz., at Del Angel Chapel with Deacon Fran Sherlock officiating.
On Friday, Oct. 3, he will be interned, with full military honors, at Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner.
After leaving the military, Perry spent the majority of his life working in the telephone industry in multiple capacities. He retired from Tohono O’Odham Utility Authority in Sells, Ariz., after 20 years of service. Perry loved to fish and hunt in his spare time and enjoyed a good game of cards.
Perry is survived by his wife, Pamela (McQuade), and his children Allison Duarte (Carlos Duarte), Jessica Fimbres and Angel Burrola, Sabrina Gomez (Daniel Gomez), Johnna Ketterling, Jacqueline Ketterling, and Michael and Adam Ketterling, all of Tucson, Ariz. Six grandchildren were a joy to him. He is survived by five sisters, Karen (Frank) Brandt, Elizabeth (Glen) Miller, Candace (Raymond) Gaylord, Phyllis (Grant) Gearhart, and Colleen (Fredrick) Eslinger; four brothers, Charles (Sandra), Merritt (Marsha), Terrill Bruce, and Rance (Debra) Ketterling; brothers-in law Randall (Cheri) McQuade and Samuel (Lori) McQuade; and many nieces and nephews on both sides of his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Hazel (Sebastian) Ketterling; sister Carol (Jack) Harkey; brother Russell; nephew Brian Harkey; father- and mother-in-law, Raymond and Betty McQuade; and brother-in-law Tim (Julie) McQuade.
