Mr Reinig worked as a heavy equipment operator with the International Union of Operating Engineers at Fort Wayne for more than 40 years retiring in 1995. He was born April 12, 1929 in Pleasant Lake. Surviving are a son Mark Reinig of Ashley and two sisters, Vereda Warstler of Auburn and Anna Geisinger of Oregon. He was preceded in death by his wife Noretta I (Dangler) Reinig in December 2002. Services were held Saturday in McComb Dilgard & Cline Funeral Home 502 N Main St Auburn. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery of Auburn.
