Birth: Apr. 1, 1958 Bismarck Burleigh County North Dakota, USA Death: Aug. 10, 2014 Williston Williams County North Dakota, USA Andrew “Andy” Tibor, 56, a longtime Williston resident, formerly of Hebron, passed away Sunday afternoon, Aug. 10, 2014, at his home in Williston. Andrew John Tibor was born April 1, 1958, to Albert and Adeline (Skalsky) Tibor in Bismarck. He was raised and educated in Hebron, graduating from Hebron High School in 1976. He then lived for a short while in Dickinson, Mandan and Florida. Andy comes from a very well-known musical family. He traveled extensively as the manager with the family band Cypress. He returned to Hebron and worked for a short time with his uncle, Jerome, before moving to Williston. Andy worked at the Super 8 in Williston and then started his long-time career as manager of the Williston True Value Store. On Aug. 4, 2001, Andy was united in marriage to Jeanine Smith at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Williston. The couple made their home in Williston where they were raising their three children. Andy’s hobbies included sports, sports and more sports. He was an avid follower of the Philadelphia Eagles, the Dodgers and the Celtics. He also enjoyed camping, family outings and most of all watching his children in their sporting endeavors. Andy is survived by his wife, Jeanine Tibor; his three children, Kaytlin, Mandy and Myka Tibor; mother, Adeline Tibor; stepmother, Judy Tibor; his siblings, Annamarie (Don) Herrly, Art Tibor, Arman Tibor, Annette (Scott) Woroniecki, Ann Margaret, Alan (Heidi) Tibor and Alicia (Keith) Krein; numerous nieces and nephews; and the Tibor family. He was preceded in death by his, father, Albert Tibor; a brother, Anthony (Tony) Tibor, and a sister, Angela Tibor.
