She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and St. Joseph's Alar Sodality. She married Leo Meinhart in 1923. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Bauer Funeral Home, Teutopolis, with a rosary at 7 p.m. Mrs. Meinhart was born Dec. 6, 1902, in Jasper County, the daughter of Thomas P. and Mary Dora (Boehl) Garwood. She married Leo Meinhart in 1923. He died in 1965. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Island Grove, and the church's Altar Sodality. Surviving are her sons, Harold of Dieterich, Don and Frank, both of Montrose; daughters, Mrs. Del (Lucille) Grimm and Mrs. Ray (Betty) Kennedy, both of Tuscola, Mrs. Harold (Bernice) Bolander of Newton; 50 grandchildren; and 65 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
