  [S927] Obituary. GOODRICH -- Willis J. Mauch, 71, rural Goodrich, died Nov. 4, 1997, in the Harvey hospital. Services will be 1 p.m. today, at Hertz Funeral Home, Harvey. Burial will be in Goodrich City Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour before services. Willis was born on Jan. 2, 1926, on the family farm southwest of Goodrich. He was the son of William and Freida (Brodehl) Mauch. He grew up and attended rural school there. He married Goldie Wagner Sept. 15, 1946, at Goodrich. They lived and farmed southwest of Goodrich. He retired in 1988. In June 1996, he entered St. Aloisius Nursing Home in Harvey. He is survived by his wife, Goldie; one son and daughter-in-law, Kelly and Mary Mauch of Bismarck; two daughters and sons-in-law, Mavis "Mae" and Jon Hieb of Minot and Elly and Darrell Radomski of Mandan; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Berreth of Goodrich, and Marilyn Kreiter of Bismarck. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Harold.
