Birth: Jan. 15, 1922 Stark County North Dakota, USA Death: Apr. 29, 1994 Stark County North Dakota, USA Rosemary Renner, 72, Richardton, died Friday April 29, 1994. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday May 3, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Richardton with the Rev. Brian Wangler, OSB officiating. Special music will be provided by the church choir with Sylvia Feller as organist. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Richardton. Rosemary Kopp, a daughter of Pius and Lina (Zimmerman) Kopp, was born Jan. 15, 1922, at Richardton. She was raised and attended school in Richardton. She worked at Montgomery Ward's in Dickinson for four years. On June 16, 1943, she married Leo Renner in Richardton. Together they worked on their farm 4 1/2 miles north of Richardton. She joined St. Mary's Church Choir in 1936 and was an active member until the time of her death. She also served as choir director for many years. She was past president and an active member of Christian Mothers, North Valley Homemakers and was a master quilter. She is survived by: her husband, Leo of Richardton; four daughters, Charlotte (Lynn) Locklear of Baltimore, Md., Eileen (Peter) Zahakos of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Dorothy (Steve) Halvorson of Dickinson, Judy (John) Leligdowicz of Billings, Mont.; a son, James (Julie) of Bismarck; 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild; and three brothers, Eddie (Irene) Kopp of Turlock, Calif., Herman Kopp of Las Vegas, Nev., and Leonard (Deana) Kopp of Tigard, Ore. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and three brothers.
