Mr. Stoebener previously owned the Stoebener Shoe Store and was a partner in the Stoebener Real Estate Co. He was a member of the Pittsburgh Field Club, the Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church, Trustee of Shadyside Academy, former president of Rosedale Sportsman's Club, member of the North Boros Sportsman's Club. Author of a young adult historical Indian novel published by Chilton Book Company. He was a graduate of Franklin & Marshall University and Penn State University. A Memorial Service will be held on Wed., June 30 at 10:00 am in the Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church, 384 Fox Chapel Rd. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church, Pgh., PA 15238 or a charity of your choice.
